Cotswold Mangalitza – Return & Refund Policy Because our bacon, sausages, pork boxes and other pork products are fresh or frozen perishable food, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched or collected. Our Guarantee If your order arrives damaged, faulty, spoiled in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or collection) at info@cotswoldmangalitza.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the affected item(s). We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Local pickup orders should be checked at the point of collection wherever possible. Order cancellations If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order free of charge before it has been prepared for dispatch or collection; once an order has been packed or shipped we may not be able to cancel it. Non-returnable items For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any food product once it has left our premises, except where covered by the guarantee above.
