Classic Mangalitza Pork Sausages

A proper pork sausage. Nothing clever, nothing unnecessary — just Mangalitza pork, a little seasoning, and a natural casing.

The classic is where the breed speaks most plainly. Mangalitza pork has a fat content and quality that commercial sausages simply cannot replicate — higher, softer, richer — which means these sausages colour deeply in the pan, stay juicy all the way through, and taste of something you'll want to eat again. High meat content. No fillers. No rusk. No water.

Cook them slowly. They don't need to be rushed. A low pan, a little patience, and they'll reward you properly.

Arrives frozen, vacuum packed.
