Streaky bacon from a Mangalitza belly, dry cured and in house smoked.

The fat-to-lean ratio in a Mangalitza belly is unlike any other pig. The layers are deeper, the fat is softer, and when it hits a hot pan it crisps in a way that ordinary streaky simply doesn't. Wrap it around a joint. Layer it through a terrine. Or eat it straight from the pan at 7am on a Sunday. We won't judge.
